In order to ensure quality recruitment process, filling a vacancy takes in average 4 – 7 weeks as defined by the complexity of the position.
Warranty
After you have signed the contract with the selected final candidate, a 6-month warranty period enters into force. During the warranty period we maintain communication with both you and the new employee in order to follow up the development of the workplace relationship and to facilitate successful mutual adaptation.
In case the new employee decides to resign or if the company manager decides that the new employee is not fitting in, the warranty provides that we find other suitable candidates for filling the position without any additional charges.
